If you need to keep your contact details secret, you can fill out form C8 You can also ask to keep your children’s details secret. The C8 form will allow you to list each of the individual contact details that you wish to keep undisclosed.
It will be your responsibility to ensure that any forms or documents do not contain any of the details or information that you wish to keep private. These documents also include those that are sent from other people and include medical reports and/or financial statements.
It is not the courts obligation to ensure that you have omitted the necessary contact details from forms and documents.
